Role Overview

This is a field-based sales position focused on executing brand strategies, managing territory and key accounts, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance, meet or exceed KPIs, and achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and execute call plans, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
  • Differentiate the company's value proposition and develop disease state expertise among healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence, build partnerships, and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Valid driver’s license, ability to meet credentialing requirements, and proficiency in English.
