Role Overview
This is a field-based sales position focused on executing brand strategies, managing territory and key accounts, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, meet or exceed KPIs, and achieve financial targets.
- Develop and execute call plans, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
- Differentiate the company's value proposition and develop disease state expertise among healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Proven ability to influence, build partnerships, and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to meet credentialing requirements, and proficiency in English.
