About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, managing proposal processes, and strengthening partnerships with public health agencies at various government levels.

Responsibilities

• Leading opportunity tracking
• Managing the full capture lifecycle
• Cooking proposal submissions
• Developing internal tools
• Supporting staff in BD processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or proposal management, preferably in public health or government contracting
• Proven success in managing proposals for public agencies
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and proposal tools
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
