Responsibilities

  • Network and promote multifamily investment opportunities within personal and professional circles.
  • Engage prospects through inviting them to a 30-minute presentation and forwarding interested individuals to Regional Sales Directors for detailed proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets by conducting a minimum of 15 presentations weekly to generate investor interest.
  • Build relationships and expand the company's investor base using strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
