Responsibilities
- Network and promote multifamily investment opportunities within personal and professional circles.
- Engage prospects through inviting them to a 30-minute presentation and forwarding interested individuals to Regional Sales Directors for detailed proposals.
- Achieve sales targets by conducting a minimum of 15 presentations weekly to generate investor interest.
- Build relationships and expand the company's investor base using strong communication skills.
