Responsibilities

  • Consistently hit and exceed sales quotas and drive market share and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in your territory.
  • Create and implement solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring successful post-sale processes that move partners from signed agreements to "ready to launch" status.
  • Communicate the value of automotiveMastermind's product through proposals and presentations, effectively negotiating and upselling to challenging customer bases.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, contributing to the overall go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in sales within the luxury retail environment.
  • Significant experience with CRM tools and reporting.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and execute tasks, prioritize work, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience effectively negotiating and upselling, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to the company's success.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in high velocity sales and/or high value contracts with a ~30 day sales cycle.
  • Proven track record in solution selling with a consultative approach, securing long-term contracts that provide comprehensive packages of solutions.
  • Understanding of automotive industry dynamics and trends.
  • Experience with automotive retail environments is preferred but not required.

Benefits

Final base salary for this role will be determined based on the candidate's geographical location and qualifications. Additional benefits include participation in a variable compensation plan and eligibility for S&P Global benefits.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $105,000. Final base salary will be based on the individual's geographical location and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, with occasional holidays and weekends required.
