Remote RN - Mandan Clinic (must reside within 60 miles)

About the role

The Family Medicine Clinic at the North Mandan Clinic is seeking an RN to join their team in a full-time role. This position offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms.
• Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers/facilities/physicians.
• Document information provided to patients during triage in health record systems; record patients' health conditions for follow-up care.
• Maintain and develop triage protocols; ensure patients' healthcare information is updated on time.
• Educate patients based on calls received.

Requirements

• Must reside within 60 miles of Mandan, ND.
• Monday - Friday 8:00a-5:00pm work schedule.
• $20,000 sign-on bonus.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
