Remote RN - Urology Clinic (Must reside within 60 miles)

Careers With Purpose at Sanford Health seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at the Urology Clinic in Fargo, ND. The role offers a unique blend of in-clinic and remote work, with a 6-month in-clinic orientation followed by remote work after that period.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient phone calls and electronic messages related to Urology concerns, questions, and follow-up care.
• Assess patient concerns and relay appropriate information, recommendations, or instructions according to clinic protocols.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to address patient needs and coordinate care plans.
• Address inquiries via phone and MyChart messaging.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Utilize nursing and assessment skills.
• Adhere to triage protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One Year Of Healthcare Experience Preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
