Hybrid RN - Mandan Clinic

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) at the Mandan Family Medicine Clinic is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. This role involves coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions. The RN collaborates with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
• Coordinate care and manage patient assessments
• Provide patient education and triage services

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
• Reside within 60 miles of Mandan, ND
• Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00pm work schedule

Pay

$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

This role is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of 40 hours, working 8-hour shifts on a 5-day workweek. After a 4-6 month in-clinic orientation, the role becomes hybrid with 2 remote days per week and 3 days in the clinic.
