Hybrid RN - Mandan Clinic
About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) at the Mandan Family Medicine Clinic is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
- Coordinate care and manage patient assessments
- Provide patient education and triage services
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Implement and evaluate care plans based on patient needs
- Adhere to the full scope of nursing expertise and age/population-specific standards
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Reside within 60 miles of Mandan, ND
- Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00pm work schedule

Pay
$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
This role is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of 40 hours, working 8-hour shifts on a 5-day workweek. After a 4-6 month in-clinic orientation, the role becomes hybrid with 2 remote days per week and 3 days in the clinic.
