About the role

The Sanford Health South Family Medicine Clinic in Bismarck, ND is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role provides care for all ages and stages of life, offering a unique combination of in-clinic and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
  • Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, triage, and implement various nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Function within the scope of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

Requirements

  • Must reside within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Pay

$29.50 - $44.50 per hour, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

This role is a full-time position with 40 weekly hours, working 8-hour shifts, and a hybrid schedule with 2 remote days per week and 3 days in the clinic after a 4-6 month in-clinic orientation.
