Remote Reservations Agent

Job Summary

As a Remote Reservations Agent at Stein Eriksen Lodge, you will be taking incoming leisure, group, and spa reservation calls for all properties. Incentive opportunities are available. This role requires phone and computer experience, dependability, flexibility with work schedule, and weekend/holiday availability. Shifts vary between 7AM to 9PM.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming leisure, group, and spa reservation calls for all properties
• Handling inquiries and booking reservations via phone and email
• Ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Working remotely with occasional on-site training and mandatory quarterly training sessions

Requirements

• Must live within 2 hours of the resort
• Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and internet experience necessary
• Experience with Maestro and/or PMS systems helpful

Qualifications

• Dependable and flexible with work schedule
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills (phone and email)
