About the Opportunity:The REMOTE CENTRAL RESERVATIONS AGENT is responsible for managing guest reservations across multiple hospitality properties, ensuring accurate booking and exceptional customer service. This role impacts revenue by optimizing room bookings and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
