Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives and team members.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Cook up meetings, virtual appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Aid with real estate transaction coordination, document preparation, and file management.
- Maintain digital records, databases, and CRM systems with accuracy.
- Conduct online research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Cook up with vendors, contractors, tenants, and clients as needed.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Aid with marketing efforts, including social media updates, listing coordination and administrative support.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate software is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
