About the role

Visio Lending is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive to work remotely, focusing on inbound leads to originate loans, managing a pipeline with multiple prospects, and recruiting and managing referral sources.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a remote setting focused on inbound leads to originate loans
  • Originate a portfolio of mortgage loans through the identification and development of relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors
  • Manage a pipeline with multiple prospects
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
  • Recruit and manage referral sources
  • Participate in determining how and where referral sources advertise our products
  • Participate in establishing processes for the distribution of leads for referral sources
  • Identify and create new referral lead sources
  • Oversee the processing of referral payments
  • Arcetrate a high level of understanding of real estate investors' needs, discuss their short- and long-term objectives, including return targets
  • Understand customer needs and help them select a loan product that would help them meet their goals
  • Work with management to actively project closed loan volume and consistently meet funding goals
  • Remain a front-line contact for customers
  • Develop and apply strategy and tools to ensure exceptional customer experience by analyzing recorded phone calls made and received on the VFS phone system
  • Exhibit strong initiative and attention to detail, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Engage in a planned program of self-development and training, ensuring continuing knowledge of products, sales process, and regulatory developments
  • Work with management and team members to develop professional, respectful relationships between internal staff

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devices
  • A self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, passionate, high-achieving, and hardworking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong sales abilities within Mortgage Loan Originations
  • The ability to analyze financial information

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate investing and mortgage loan origination

Benefits

  • Base Salary + Commissions (OTE First year = $100k plus, even top performers can earn over $400K)

  • Salary Range: Base Salary + Commissions (OTE First year = $100k plus, even top performers can earn over $400K)

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST
