Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with the planning and implementation of projects.
- Cook up project schedules, resources, and information to ensure key deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Help monitor project progress and identify and address any issues that arise.
- Organise, attend, and participate in team meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is advantageous but not essential.
