Remote Controller (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Owning accounting operations such as accounts payable, vendor onboarding, revenue recognition, and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Developing and maintaining internal controls, managing payroll reviews, and overseeing SaaS licenses.
• Cooking tax compliance, year-end reporting, and managing treasury activities including cash management and covenant tracking.
• Leading internal audits, regulatory compliance, and supporting financial valuations and investor confirmations.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams to improve systems and controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with CPA certification.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to own complex processes end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
• Bonus: experience with SQL, large-scale 1099 programs, or working in startups or real estate environments.

Pay

A competitive salary of $105,000 - $120,000, plus bonus potential.
