Controller - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting for a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare US GAAP consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with US-GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on financial performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with operational and strategic priorities.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and infrastructure to support growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of leadership experience in medium to large organizations.
• Expertise in US GAAP, consolidations, and international standards.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• CPA license.
