Controller - Full-Time

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting for a global organization. Responsibilities include: Leading and developing a high-performing accounting team, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and preparing US GAAP consolidated financial statements. Coordinating external audits, ensuring compliance with US-GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP, and serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on financial performance. Partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with operational and strategic priorities. Evaluating and implementing financial systems and infrastructure to support growth and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Over 15 years of leadership experience in medium to large organizations, expertise in US GAAP, consolidations, and international standards. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), and a CPA license. Key Duties: Oversee financial reporting, controls, and team development; manage audits; improve processes; and support company growth through strategic financial management.
