Controller - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our finance operations onsite.

Responsibilities

• directing accounting activities in accordance with GAAP
• managing personnel
• overseeing month-end closes, budgets, forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives
• ensuring accurate corporate reporting
• reviewing revenue recognition
• approving payroll activities
• analyzing financial performance through variance analysis
• managing product costing, budgets, inventory valuation
• maintaining internal controls and costing systems
• support for implementing SAP ERP and process improvement across departments
• actively participates in plant management, contributing to policy development, strategic planning, and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• minimum 7 years of operational accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, with hands-on SAP experience
• leadership experience is preferred
