Remote - Contract Recruiter - Entry Level Aviation Management Company Remote | $30+/Hour | Immediate Opportunity Morales Professional is seeking an entry-level Contract Recruiter to support a growing aviation management organization in the Indianapolis area. This onsite position (can migrate to in/out office) will lead full-cycle recruiting across aviation operations. The recruiter will partner directly with company leadership and hiring managers to execute an aggressive hiring initiative of approximately 15 openings while building sustainable talent pipelines for continued growth. What Youll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for aviation operations.Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring processPartner closely with leadership and hiring managers to establish priorities and hiring profilesDevelop proactive pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positionsMaintain consistent candidate communication, recruiting activity, and hiring metricsBring urgency, organization, and accountability to a fast-moving hiring environment What Were Looking For Previous full-cycle recruiting experience requiredAviation, transportation, hospitality, or technical recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience managing multiple positions across different departments and skill levelsStrong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with both frontline candidates and senior leadersHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a rapidly growing environmentBilingual capabilities preferred but not required Position Details $26 per hour and up, based on experienceFirst-shift schedule with some flexibilityOnsite in the Indianapolis area - migrate to in/out officeW-2 employment through Morales ProfessionalMinimum three-month contract assignmentPotential for extension based on business needsOpportunity for full-time conversion at the clients discretionNo travel requiredImmediate start preferred If you are an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and making an immediate impact within a growing organization, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
