Responsibilities

  • Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process, from requisition creation and candidate sourcing through interview, offer, and successful close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate and position status.
  • Source, identify, and build strong candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies and candidate generation platforms.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit for the role and organization.
  • Provide load‑balancing and recruiting support across functions as business needs and hiring priorities change.
  • Deliver a positive, responsive, and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Prepare offers for approval, lead offer discussions and negotiations, and effectively close selected candidates.
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to coordinate new‑hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Coordinator team to coordinate interview schedules and ensure an efficient candidate workflow.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, requisitions, and job postings across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Ensure recruiting activity and candidate data are accurately reflected in reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable recruiting and employment regulations and established company processes.
  • Contribute to broader recruiting team initiatives and support other talent acquisition activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably supporting first‑of‑a‑kind, highly technical, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or similarly complex organizations.
  • Recent experience recruiting in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, or production‑oriented environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing candidate sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines for challenging or specialized roles.
  • Significant experience managing candidate workflows and requisition activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements and other applicable recruiting and employment compliance regulations.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders across distributed or geographically diverse teams.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in an environment with competing priorities and occasional ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, customer‑service, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • High degree of trust and integrity, open communication, respect, and a desire to foster teamwork.
