Remote Call Center Rep - Starting Monday, September 14th

This is a remote/work from home position.

Pay

$15.00/hour

Schedule

Training: Monday, September 14th, 2026 – 27 training days, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST

Hours of Operation (following training): 7am – 7pm EST

Responsibilities

• Proactively and consistently discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls, including water heaters, surge protection solutions, and in-home electrical wiring options.
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting client-mandated KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented and inputted into the client system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines.
• Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals.

Key Results Areas

• Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time.
• Achieve Quality Assurance goals.
• Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.).

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with outside parties.
• Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism.
• Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance.
• One to two years’ experience working in a call center environment is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Remote Work Requirements

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL or Dial-Up).
• Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots).
• Minimum internet speed: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload.
• Camera required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
