Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand strategic relationships with property management companies.
- Travel locally and regionally to client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Support national events by providing on-site assistance.
- Follow up on marketing leads to convert interest into partnerships.
- Serve as the primary contact for mid-sized and smaller property management firms.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
- Based in Indianapolis, Columbus, or Kansas City, ready to start immediately.
- Strong passion for business development, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Willingness to travel frequently and represent the company professionally.
- Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
