Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand strategic relationships with property management companies.
  • Travel locally and regionally to client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Support national events by providing on-site assistance.
  • Follow up on marketing leads to convert interest into partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for mid-sized and smaller property management firms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Based in Indianapolis, Columbus, or Kansas City, ready to start immediately.
  • Strong passion for business development, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and represent the company professionally.
  • Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
