About the role
You'll spend your day reaching out by phone to customers who already know us, reconnecting with them, and booking their next service visit. This isn't a hard-sell job — it's warm outreach, a friendly reason to say yes, and getting the appointment on the calendar. Behind the calls, you'll keep a national appointments calendar straight and handle rescheduling without missing a beat.
