Remote Appointment Coordination

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their specific needs and assess their potential as a sales opportunity.
  • Effectively articulate the value of Reliable Forklift Sales' solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Schedule qualified appointments, consultations, and product demonstrations for our field sales representatives.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate database of all activities, lead information, and appointment details within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a seamless lead generation and follow-up process.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role such as an appointment setter, telemarketer, inside sales representative, or sales development representative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine interest in understanding client needs and providing them with suitable solutions.
  • Experience within the industrial equipment or material handling industry is advantageous but not essential.
