Remote Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various remote channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
• Contact potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our Sales Director.
• Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and client interactions.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with the sales team remotely to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in remote sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone and through digital channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules efficiently while working remotely.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of exterior cleaning services or related industries is a plus.
• Must be a Southeast Texas resident with a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace at home.
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Capable of conducting a high volume of outbound calls per day.
• Type 60wpm.
