About the Role

Responsible for the data capture, analysis, and reporting of data information to assist the Trinity Health leadership team in achieving operational efficiency. Audits department information, produces reports, and suggests process improvements. Provides expertise in programs, services, and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, collects, and analyzes information to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Collaborates on performance improvement activities to enhance program efficiency and patient experience.
  • Distributes analytical reports and supports ad-hoc operational projects.
  • Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials.
  • Ensures adherence to Trinity Health policies, practices, and processes for quality, confidentiality, and safety.
  • Maintains knowledge of departmental processes and acquires new knowledge as needed.
  • Synthesizes data, provides detailed summaries, and recommends practical solutions to support leadership decision-making.
  • Defines and demonstrates progress, ROI, and impacts using program and operational data.
  • Focuses on optimizing business processes, training workflows, and system adoption strategies to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Analyzes existing processes, conducts stakeholder interviews, and creates process documentation.
  • Identifies training-related inefficiencies and proposes streamlined workflows.
  • Supports system upgrades, collaborates with training teams, and coordinates pilot programs.
  • Monitors KPIs, conducts post-implementation reviews, and establishes feedback loops.
  • Collaborates with IT, training, and communication teams to ensure process changes are implemented effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in process optimization, project coordination, internal communications, or change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Experience in business analysis, systems thinking, and change management (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Occasional exposure to unpleasant conditions, fumes, biohazards, and stressful situations.
  • Frequent ability to follow complex tasks, remember multiple regimens, and work on concurrent projects.
  • Frequent manual dexterity, climbing, kneeling, and operating foot controls.
  • Occasional computer use and lifting up to 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Continuous compliance with policies and ability to provide emergency assistance.

Working Conditions

  • Work indoors under temperature-controlled and well-lit conditions, with occasional outdoor work and travel.
  • Exposure to clinical/patient-facing environments and variable conditions at worksites.
