Responsibilities

  • Serve as a full-time teammate on the Human Resources Operations team supporting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and onboarding operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new teammates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and shared services teams to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience while maintaining accurate employee data and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting HR operations, onboarding coordination, or HRIS administration.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with I-9 verification and eVerify required; Guardian platform experience preferred. Experience using UKG Pro required. Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred. Experience using Sterling or other Background Screening and Identity Verification platform. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Strong knowledge of HR processes, onboarding best practices, and data governance principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support teammates at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with leadership, peers, business partners, shared services teams, and vendors. Experience supporting global employees or international onboarding processes is a plus. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
