Relocation Onsite Consultant - Salt Lake City, UT

Areas of Responsibility

• Issuing and tracking expatriate documentation on a regional basis, including assignment memos, repatriation documentation, and localization memos.
• Managing transfer and departure documentation for all relocations on a regional basis.
• Responding to employee inquiries through the help desk, directly, or by forwarding to vendors as needed.
• Preparing employment verification documentation for transferring employees on a regional basis.
• Maintaining data integrity for assignee records in the Americas, uploading relevant documentation such as exception requests, transfer letters, and expat documentation.
• Collaborating with assignment managers on the initiation and communication of certain relocation policies.
• Supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Updating immigration expiries reports and coordinating with vendors.
• Validating immigration support documentation and obtaining necessary signatures, issuing, and drafting documents as required.
• Conducting initial reviews of relocation cost estimates to ensure accuracy.
• Entering and verifying data for various assignment calculations as directed by assignment managers.
• Involving in ad-hoc regional projects as assigned.
