Relocation Onsite Consultant - NYC or Salt Lake City, UT

Areas of Responsibility

• Issuing and tracking expatriate documentation on a regional basis, including assignment memos, repatriation documentation, and localization memos.
• Managing transfer and departure documentation for all relocations on a regional basis.
• Responding to employee inquiries via the help desk, directly, or by forwarding to vendors as needed.
• Preparing employment verification documentation for transferring employees on a regional basis.
• Maintaining data integrity for assignee records in the Americas, uploading relevant documentation, and handling exception requests.
• Collaborating with assignment managers on the initiation and communication of certain relocation policies.
• Supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Updating immigration expiries reports and coordinating with vendors.
• Validating immigration support documentation and obtaining necessary signatures or drafting documents as required.
• Conducting initial reviews of relocation cost estimates to ensure accuracy.
• Entering and validating data for various assignment calculations and participating in ad-hoc regional projects.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review data, detect errors, and maintain data quality.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Effective communication and relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
• The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines, along with good judgment and flexibility in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with operating in a global team environment and enthusiasm for learning and development.
• Proficiency in Excel, especially for managing and validating data.
• Experience in the mobility field is preferred but not essential.
