Job Summary: The Relief Sales Representative provides coverage for Sales Representatives during vacations and other absences, ensuring continuity of sales, merchandising, and customer service. Duties/Responsibilities: Cover assigned sales routes and territories as neededMaintain product inventory levels by monitoring accounts, placing orders, and communicating with store contactsMerchandise products to company standards, including stocking shelves, rotating product, and building displaysAssist with deliveries when needed, including unloading, checking in product, and ensuring accurate deliveryMaintain positive relationships with customers by providing reliable service and resolving basic sales or service issuesSupport sales initiatives by executing pricing changes, promotions, and resets as directedStay knowledgeable on company products, pricing, and market conditionsCommunicate route activity, issues, and opportunities to sales managementPerforms other related duties as assigned Preferred Skills & Abilities Prior experience in beverage sales, merchandising, or delivery preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing routes and responsibilitiesReliable, flexible, and dependable with a team-oriented mindsetStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Demands & Work Environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no major violationsMust be able to lift, move, and merchandise cases ranging from 20 – 30 lbs. regularly.
