Relationship Coordinator
About the role
A relationship coordinator supports bankers in maintaining key client relationships and revenue streams. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, researching, preparing presentations, and executing special requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-up coverage when bankers are unavailable
- Follow up on assigned projects in a timely manner
- Act as the primary contact for clients
- Handle client inquiries and issues before they escalate
- Prepare customized reports and summaries as needed
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records
- Facilitate client-directed transactions such as account closures and maintenance
- Support the acquisition of new clients and revenue streams
- Maintain deal pipelines and regularly review Know Your Customer (KYC) documents
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in finance-related field preferred
- Experience in a related field a plus
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stable under pressure
- Entrepreneurial and highly motivated
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay
The salary range for this position in Miami, Florida is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications.
