Rehabilitation Specialist (Full-time with Benefits!) - Andersonville

About the role

Aligned Modern Health is seeking an outstanding Rehabilitation Specialist to join our physical medicine practice at our Andersonville clinic in Chicago. The role works directly with our physical medicine doctors to assist and progress patients through targeted therapeutic exercise programs and teaches motor patterns.

Responsibilities

• Assist and progress patients through targeted therapeutic exercise programs
• Teach motor patterns
• Work closely with physical medicine doctors to support patient care
• Engage with patients to provide a high-quality one-on-one experience

Pay

$43,000 - $47,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule

Full-time positions with required weekday evening and one weekend day shifts. The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday.
