About the role

A dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to support residents in care and treatment facilities by assessing needs and designing personalized rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill training, cognitive remediation, job coaching, and behavior management aligned with treatment plans.
• Reinforce appropriate behaviors in residential, community, and vocational settings through feedback, role-playing, and behavior modification techniques.
• Plan and evaluate therapeutic programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Arrange transportation for activities.
• Participate in emergency coverage and crisis intervention.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical demands involve heavy exertion, such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
