Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include Providing hands-on nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical events.Monitoring patient status and vital signs.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Supporting patients' progress toward greater independence.
