Rehabilitation Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

Role: LPN/LVN in a rehabilitation hospital Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic, and neurological conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor, assess, and document patient status regularly.Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with therapy carryover.Reinforce patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement.Collaborate within a patient-centered, interdisciplinary team to optimize care outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure.Strong clinical skills with a focus on rehabilitation and complex patient needs.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to learn and utilize advanced rehab technologies.Commitment to patient-centered care and fostering independence.
