Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on nursing care, monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist patients in building skills, restoring function, and working towards greater independence.
