Rehab Coordinator (Registered Therapist)

About the role

The Program Coordinator (PT/OT) position at Key Rehab is available in various capacities (full-time, part-time, or PRN) within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizing administrative burden and supporting therapy services delivery.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Efficient task management and addressing challenges with effective solutions.
• Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to seamless teamwork.
• Exceptional Communication: Clear and effective interactions with patients and colleagues through outstanding oral and written communication.
• Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
