About the Role

Key Rehab is looking for a Part-Time Program Coordinator - PTA to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA), the Program Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians to deliver therapy services. This role also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under the scope of practice for PTA or OTA.
• Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to minimize administrative burden.
• Support clinicians to ensure effective delivery of therapy services.
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
• Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the assigned state(s).
• CPR certification, as required by the community.
• Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Compliance with other items required by federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Prior experience in a long-term care setting and service coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with the geriatric population.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
