Rehab Coordinator (Therapy Assistant)
Key Rehab is seeking a Program Coordinator-PTA to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy under your disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA).
- Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to minimize administrative burden and support clinicians in delivering therapy services.
- Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
- Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the assigned state(s).
- CPR certification, as required by the community.
- Valid driver license and car insurance, as required by state law.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local standards.

- Prior experience in a long-term care setting and service coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks and address challenges efficiently.
- Flexibility and team collaboration, with adaptability to changing situations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with the geriatric population and an understanding of their unique needs.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
