Rehab - Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engages in professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients and the interprofessional team.Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care.Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
