Registrar's Assistant
Summary Of Job Duties
The Registrar's Assistant is responsible for processing and maintaining academic records and student information associated with registration activities in an institution of higher education. Respond to student requests in a professional and timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least two years of experience in general office work with an emphasis in records management, student registration, or a related area
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications
- Ability to type and use 10 key
- Ability to explain and interpret policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain student academic records
- Ability to compile information into report form
- Ability to answer multiple line phone system
