Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Assist the Marketing Director, Managers, and Supervisors in executing strategies and objectives.
Directs and coordinates activities of the Marketing Department to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations.
Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional & collateral materials to support marketing programs
Meet with and negotiate with theatres and entertainers for FIT and Marketing Partner contracts.
Oversee ticket sellers.
Find new locations and brokers.
Maintain inventory of all marketing related material/supplies
Compile & distribute daily & weekly statistical data
Monitor profitability & performance of existing products & services
Assist with plans, develops and implements organization goals.
Coordinate activities of Marketing Department to effect operational efficiency and economy.
Maintain accurate and current lists of all premiums and merchandise pricing, team member costs, sales price and retail price.
Audit gifting paperwork for all gifting team members.
Compile and submit all bills weekly.
Prepare, review, and sign team member timesheets on a bi-weekly basis.
Submit all team member and OPC payroll to Orlando.
Ensure all tours are input accurately to guarantee correct tour information.
Confer with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
Verify deposits to ensure accurate recording and accounting.

- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other team members of the organization.
