Registered Products Administrator

This is a contract opportunity until December 31, 2026, designated as “Hybrid” under Fidelity Canada’s Dynamic Working Policy. Current work authorization is required. The work location is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, after which it will move to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is the leading independent clearing broker and custodian in the Canadian market. We provide trade execution, clearing, custody, and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms.

Responsibilities

• Process all RESP withdrawals and transfer requests
• Coordinate the timing and generation of ESDC monthly in/out grant files
• Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments from ESDC with our system
• Handle settlements with our Trustee, RSP, and TFSA contributions/deregistrations
• Administer RESP accounts, RRIF/LIF payment setups, recurring events, RRSP to RRIF rollovers, and pension plan unlocking/administration

Requirements

• Post-secondary education completed or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint) and Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs)
• Excellent MS Excel skills

Qualifications (Assets)

• Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry
• Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g., CSC)
• Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English

Pay

This contract role offers an hourly rate ranging from $26.00 to $30.00, based on experience and qualifications.
