About the role

Arrow International is the world’s leading maker of charitable gaming products, including pull tabs, bingo paper, and cutting-edge electronic gaming systems. We power entertainment in social and gaming venues globally and are experiencing rapid growth. As a Product Support Administrator, you will accurately enter customer orders into our systems with a focus on detail, efficiency, and communication. This role involves verifying order information, managing changes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into AS400 and Lansa Systems.
  • Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing.
  • Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to resolve order-related issues.
  • Monitor and update order/lease status in the system.
  • Maintain digital and/or physical order records.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding order status, delivery dates, and backorders.
  • Collaborate with shipping, inventory, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Process Return Orders (ROs) according to Arrow’s return policy for distributors, field engineers, and external customers using Salesforce.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly order processing deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management software (e.g., AS400, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, shipping, and customer service workflows.
  • Experience with AS400 systems or Salesforce platforms.

Schedule
