Responsibilities
- Sets up and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reporting jobs and distributes output.
- Retrieves and analyzes system data for various users.
- Receives and investigates all product support “help” calls.
- Supports parts, service and warranty operations personnel.
- Create product support summaries.
- Maintain master data tables.
- Maintain SharePoint site.
- Reviews and tracks status of projects and communicates status updates to management.
- Provide training in one on one, group or Web-Ex settings on existing and new systems.
- Aids in coordinating system updates including labor rates, miscellaneous sell rates (oil prices, etc.), and factory passwords.
- Aids in system upgrade testing prior to implementation into production.
- Aids in updating and communicating warranty labor rate changes.
- Develops and maintains document procedures and processes.
- Performs branch reviews.
- Creates marketing program claims to recover funds from manufacturer.
- Audits, approves, and processes promotional claims.
- Produces business analytics reporting to track Ziegler parts and service marketing campaign performance.
- Aids in calculating and applying marketing program discounts on parts and service documents.
- Aids in developing and communicating new user procedures.
- Participates in new software/process rollouts.
- Aids in monthly account reconciliations.
- Aids in managing service software subscriptions.
- Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors.
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred.
- 1-3 years administrative or user support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office and Dealer Business Systems Software.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Great organizational skills.

Travel
- Up to 10% travel.
Minimum Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing.
