Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Product Administrator is to validate, maintain, and collect all warehouse product data. This role ensures that business-established ownership and processes for warehouse product data are followed. The Warehouse Product Administrator drives warehouse efficiencies by resolving system discrepancies, addressing data quality issues, and managing vendor noncompliance. This role also includes updating warehouse product data and confirming synchronization between systems.
Collaborative Efforts
- Collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate data for efficient warehouse operations.
- Works closely with Inventory Quality Control to resolve discrepancies between system data and physical deliveries.
- Prioritizes and validate system data against physical inventory.
- Manages and resolve issues reported in product data.
- Adds to and resolves order errors using reporting tools.
- Supports data collection efforts during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Leads or assist in warehouse data collection and validation projects.
- Provides on-site support within the warehouse for on-demand product data solutions.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities, and Educational Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in related field
- 1 – 2 years of supply chain experience
- 1 – 2 years of product data management experience
- Strong passion for data integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capable of leading and prioritizing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Key Competencies
- Inter-Relationships: Regular collaboration with Inventory, Supply Chain, IT, and Vendor Management teams. Occasional collaboration with Finance and Site Operations.
- Must be comfortable engaging with all levels of internal staff and external vendors/suppliers.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Work Environment: Hybrid warehouse and office setting environment. Requires regular use of office equipment including computers, phones, and printers. Frequently exposed to seasonal temperatures of excessive cold or heat.
