Warehouse Administrator
Location & Schedule
Chehalis, WA
- Tuesday‑Saturday, 6:00 AM – finish
Pay
$21.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Site Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records and site documentation; prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports; track staffing, attendance, productivity using Excel and internal systems; maintain organized spreadsheets; assist with payroll preparation; perform routine data entry while protecting confidential information; provide administrative support to site leadership and special projects.
- Recruiting & Hiring Support: Manage interview and recruiting schedule; coordinate interviews, hiring events, orientation sessions; communicate with candidates; maintain candidate pipeline; partner with recruiting leadership to identify staffing needs; assist with candidate check‑in, paperwork, onboarding; keep recruiting information and candidate records organized.
- Day‑to‑Day Site Support: Serve as administrative point of contact; work between office and warehouse; communicate professionally with associates, managers, candidates, and business partners; maintain organized office environment; take on additional responsibilities as business needs change.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative, office, recruiting, staffing, or warehouse support experience (helpful).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Independent work style with good judgment on when to ask questions or escalate.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees, candidates, managers, and business partners.
- Flexibility to adjust priorities when staffing or operational needs change.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee and payroll information.

Success is demonstrated when leadership has the information they need, payroll is prepared accurately, interviews and hiring events are scheduled ahead of staffing needs, candidates receive timely communication, and the administrative side of the operation runs smoothly.
