About the Role
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for identifying and resolving zone tracking issues, assisting with reporting and data collection, scheduling equipment maintenance, coordinating supplies, processing and reconciling vendor invoices, and uploading new or updated SOPs to the QMS.
Responsibilities
- Zone Tracking Management: Create timely user access, perform SAP and report zone data audits, and conduct process training.
- Participate in daily/weekly status meetings with the Supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate repairs for forklifts, EPJs, HVAC, stretch wrappers, balers, recycling, fire extinguishers, and eye wash stations.
- Report Generation/Data Collection:
- Forklift and EPJ miles/hour data reports.
- Status report data collection (shipping, special projects, receiving, etc.).
- Recycling data reports.
- Daily/weekly warehouse maintenance and attendance checklists.
- Office & Warehouse Supply Coordination:
- Track office and warehouse supply inventory.
- Research cost-saving options where applicable.
- Process indirect POs and credit card reconciliation.
- ISO Procedures:
- Format new or updated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review new or updated SOPs with the Operations Manager.
- Submit new or updated SOPs into the QMS.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years of office or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills.
