Registered Nurses needed for Visits and Shifts in Winter Garden, Florida 34787

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• Visits and hourly shifts available
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license
• Valid Basic Life Support card
• Florida required continuing education units (CEUs)
• Physical health form within the last 6 months
• Copy of a negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-Plus)
• Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA
• Clear English communication
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance

Pay

Pay rate: $35.00/hr+ for hourly shifts. Visits: $75/visit+ and up. Pay rates vary based on patient care plans and are confirmed at the time of scheduling.

W2 employee or 1099 contractor (1099 requires liability insurance).
