About the role

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses in Naples, Florida 34110 and the surrounding areas for skilled nursing visits and hourly shifts.

We provide all clinicians with Medivox, an AI-powered documentation tool that dramatically reduces charting time, allowing you to complete visit notes quickly using secure voice capture.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license
• Valid Basic Life Support card
• Florida-required continuing education units (CEUs)
• Physical health form completed within the last 6 months
• Copy of a negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-Plus)
• Level 2 background clearance verified in ACHA
• Clear English communication
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance

Pay

Hourly shifts: $35.00/hr and up. Visits: $75/visit and up. Pay rates vary based on patient care plans and are confirmed at the time of scheduling.

We pay as W2 employees or allow 1099 (1099 requires liability insurance).
