Family Pillars Homecare is hiring in Port St. Lucie, Florida and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits: start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
- Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
- Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license
- Valid Basic Life Support card
- Florida required CEUs
- Physical health form within the last 6 months
- Copy of a negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-Plus)
- Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance

Pay
- Hourly: $35.00/hr and up

- Pay rates vary and are based on patient care plans and confirmed at the time of scheduling
