About the role
Family Pillars Homecare is hiring in Port St. Lucie, Florida and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing visits: Start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
- Visits and Shifts available. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
- Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols
Requirements
- MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE
- MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD
- Must Have Florida Required CEUs
- MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
- MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEGATIVE TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS)
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY
- MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE
- ONLY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL INDIVIDUALS NEED APPLY
Pay
- We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed (1099 requires Liability Insurance)
- Pay rates vary and are based on the patient care plans and confirmed at the time of scheduling
